Description

Nature is a powerful force, including its creature’s that it created. But as powerful as nature is, science is slowly catching up. These two have always been a huge conflict in society; today these two will represent these forces;

The Indominus Rex, the Genetic Modified Hybrid Killer
Vs
King Kong, the 8th Wonder of the World

*To make this fight fair, instead of the Godzilla size King Kong we’ll be using Peter Jackson's 2005 King Kong*

But put them together in a battle to the death... who will be victorious?

Science Vs Nature!

Indominus Rex- the "Untamable/Unconquerable King" and antagonist of Jurassic World. Twenty-two years after the events at Jurassic Park, a new theme park, Jurassic World, now operates in Isla Nublar, off the Pacific coast of Central America. The Park was a million dollar success, however since people are now used to seeing dinosaurs like an elephant at the zoo the park needed a new attraction. This new attraction was a genetically modified, synthetic dinosaur called Indominus Rex. Created by chief geneticist Dr. Henry Wu, the dinosaur has the base genome of a Tyrannosaurus rex and the DNA of several predatory dinosaurs as well as modern-day animals that are kept classified. The Park’s owner, Simon Masrani, has Owen evaluate the Indominus‍‍ Rex enclosure before the attraction opens since he’s an expert on animal behavior and tamed a squad of Velociraptors with him as their alpha. Owen warns Claire (the park's operations manager) that the Indominus is particularly dangerous and unstable because it lacks social skills and has been in captivity since birth. Later the creature fakes its escape tricking the staff to open the gate and the hybrid predator escapes its containment. The Indominus Rex is about 20 feet in height and 50 feet in length. Also weighs more than the Tyrannosaurus Rex whose weight is about 9 tons since it was genetically designed to be bigger and heavier than the T-Rex. Because it was raised in captivity, the Indominus Rex developed a violent personality; psychologically unstable and unpredictable due to lifetime in solitary confinement, it even ate its own sibling after it was hatched. The Indominus Rex is a monstrous psychopath as well as cunning. It killed the Jurassic World ACU team although they were not adequately equipped to stop it, killed and took a hit without minor injuries from an ankylosaurus (with a tail club dense and hard enough to shatter a T-Rex thigh bone at an impact of around 8,000 psi), killed a herd of apatosaurus for sport by cutting them with its claws and leaving them to bleed out, survived and evaded an attack by a helicopter equipped with an M134 minigun, survived an attack by a team of mercenaries fully intent on killing it, and nearly killed a Tyrannosaurus-Rex. The Indominus Rex’s strength is incredible; able to force open a 40 foot tall paddock as it closed on it, Overpowered a Tyrannosaurus-Rex and knocks trees down with ease, and flipped a four ton ankylosaurus on its back. It has three large claws on each hand each 2 1/2 feet long that are flexible as human fingers that can puncture the Gyrosphere, which took an impact from an akylosaurus , which has an estimated durability of 10,000psi. Arms are strong enough to toss a 4.4 ton truck into the air and can kill a human easily just by gripping them. It used both of its arms to easily push a 6 ton Tyrannosaurs-Rex off its feet. Its teeth and jaw also punctured the Gyrosphere, its estimated bite force puts it near equal to a T-rex's 1,000-6,000 psi. Can over-extend its jaws like a snake to swallow larger prey, probably from the DNA of an anaconda. Could run 30-35 miles per hour. The Indominus is also very intelligent; not only did it plot its escape it remembered where her tracking implant was put it and removed it then waited near it while camouflaged to ambush the ACU team. It displayed problem solving by flipping over the ankylosaurus with its claw then bit the soft areas which killed it, even though it couldn’t bite through the Gyrosphere it picked it up and started smashing it on the ground. The Indominus Rex also has special abilities through its genetic modification; Can mask its body heat thanks to tree frog DNA, change its skin color to blend with surroundings thanks to cuttlefish DNA, and its roar has sound range of 140-160 decibels, a range beyond the point OSHA's legal limits for the noise a human can exposed and even with hearing protection and can cause permanent damage to a human's hearing with even short term exposure. The Indominus Rex contains DNA of a Tyrannosaurus-Rex, Carnotarus, Gigantosaurus, Majungasaurus, Rugops, Veliciraptor, Therizonsaurus (source of giant claws), and unspecified number of modern animals. Despite the nightmare of a dinosaur it is, it’s still just an animal. It’s easily frightened by gunfire and quick to retreat from it even though small arms have no apparent effect on her, it’s aggressive behavior and picks fights with almost anything its sees which can also be its down fall if the Indominus somehow finds something bigger and heavier then it. Senses can be deceived if it's unfamiliar with the object. (Music for Indominus Rex; www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ITdQ3… )

King Kong- The 8th Wonder of the World and King of Skull Island. In 1933, at the height of the Great Depression, New York City vaudeville actress Ann Darrow has lost her job and is hired by financially troubled filmmaker Carl Denham to star in his new film. Ann agrees when she learns her favorite playwright, Jack Driscoll, is the screenwriter. With a few crew members the broad the SS Venture and make the lengthy journey to the remote and mysterious Skull Island. During the trip Ann and Jack fall in love. When they land on the shores of Skull Island they start filming but are attacked by vicious natives of the island. Ann screams as she is captured and the matriarch of the tribe vows to sacrifice her to "Kong”, the last of its kind and worshiped like a god. The crew returns armed, but is too late as Kong takes Ann and flees into the jungle. Ann gradually wins Kong over with juggling and dancing, and eventually begins to grasp Kong's intelligence and capacity for emotion. Standing almost twenty-five feet high and weighing an estimated five tons, King Kong was both a terror and a wonder to behold. Kong's kind (Megaprimatus Kong) looks like a gorilla, but exhibits behavior that is different from other apes. He seems more intelligent, to near-human standards and is a lot more vicious than the normally-gentle animals that will avoid a fight if they can. Like an ape, Kong’s best weapon are his brute strength with arms with an estimated reach of 12-15ft. He can also use his feet as a second pair of hands, useful for climbing and grappling if needed. It has been estimated that modern gorillas are ten times stronger than a human, which is equivalent to a human deadlifting a pair of family sedans. Since Kong is much bigger than an average gorilla, Kong's strength is much, much bigger; strong enough to break chrome steel chains and cuffs and pry open the jaws of a Vastatosaurus Rex which are the 25 feet tall, 40-50 feet long descendants of the T-Rex. The Vastatosaurus Rex was said to be bigger and had a bite force stronger than the T-Rex. Kong was able to take out three of these guys at once, all while protecting Ann Darrow. Kong has also demonstrated remarkable agility and fighting skill, able to traverse the dangerous terrain of Skull Island with little trouble, being able to multitask and maneuver in hazardous situations. He can also use objects around him to his advantage, like using a boulder to crush one of the Vastatosaurus Rex’s skull. Kong’s entire life has been fighting the dangers of Skull Island and its creatures on a daily basis. Skull Island is not just home to dangerous animals, but hazardous landscape as well; the entire island is riddled with massive rocky outcroppings like cliffs and mountains, swamps with dangerous waters, and massive chasms laden with gigantic bugs and worms. Kong also has surprisingly-fast reflexes, able to reacted fast enough to avoid a V-Rex ambush. Even scaled the Empire State Building in less than a night and destroyed at least three biplanes before finally plummeting to his death (Spoiler… sorry). Kong’s thick hide and muscles over power V-Rex bites and can shrug off lo-caliber gunfire. As impressive as Kong is, like the Indominus Rex he too is just an animal and Kong is easily angered.
