Roy Mustang Vs Deidara

Roy is coming back from a mission when his squad car is attack from a missile. Roy manages to survive the crash and see's what seems to be a giant white bird flying in the sky. The bird descends and Roy see's a black cloaked figure with long blonde hair with red cloud decorations on the cloak. "Your quiet a survivor aren't you flame alchemist? Hm"

Explosive Battle!

Roy Mustang- Flame Alchemist, State Alchemist, officer in the Amestrian State Military, and the tritagonist (third most important character of a narrative) of the Full Metal Alchemist series. Orphaned at a young age, Roy was adopted by Chris Mustang, his father's younger sister, who brought him up with the intentions of making him into a gentleman. However during his teens Roy discovered a liking for alchemy and took basic training from a master alchemist named Berthold Hawkeye in the hopes of becoming a source of strength and knowledge for the people of Amestris. Due to the increasing frequency of border wars, Roy eventually left his teacher and enrolled in the State Military Academy with the intentions of becoming a State Alchemist and has devoted himself to protect the citizens caught in the crossfire of international struggles. At age 20, Roy returned to the Hawkeye estate in hoping to both acquire the higher echelons of Master Hawkeye's unique alchemical expertise as well as persuade his revered teacher to join the State Alchemist program so as to share his brilliance with the world. Berthold, however, refused the offer and further expressed his doubts that someone so eager to become a military lapdog was worthy of attaining the pinnacle of his research. Unfortunately on that same day, Master Hawkeye died of an unknown illness in Roy's arms, leaving his dying wish that Roy will inherit his secret research notes from his daughter Riza under the condition that he look after her and vow to never use the power hidden within for ill. After Hawkeye's funeral, Roy revealed himself to Riza and told her about his goals and Riza in return revealed her father's research that she entrusted to him in the hopes that he would use its secret to create a happy future for the people but the code was tattooed to her back. Deciphering the code, Roy mastered Hawkeye's flame alchemy and went on to pass the State Alchemist certification exam, earning the symbolic moniker "Flame Alchemist" and military officer rank of Major. After many years of facing war and it's struggles, Mustang had been promoted to the rank of Colonel. On the surface, Roy seems to be a shallow and self-absorbed man, infamous among many of his colleagues and subordinates alike for the selfish and narcissistic aura he gives off. Roy appears to act mostly out of self-interest rather than any sort of philanthropy, he comes off to most of the time cocky. When a chance of glory and military notoriety to be gained he is quick to take action. Roy is manipulative and prone to think several steps ahead of those around him, giving him a remarkable talent for making subordinates act exactly as he wishes despite appearing not to have had a hand in their decisions. However, while these traits do have a place in his real personality, much of his outward persona can perhaps be considered an intentional façade perfectly designed to cause those unfamiliar with him to underestimate his remarkable intelligence and ability. Mustang is an excellent tactician, well-versed in various strains of combat theory and particularly talented in the realms of surreptitious information-gathering, covert operations and enemy ensnarement. To the core, Roy is a remarkably devoted commander who primary focuses and personal duty is to his friends and subordinates. Though he hides it well behind a veil of cynicism and self-importance,  Mustang is a man who cares deeply about the people who trust and support him and goes to great lengths to ensure their safety and well-being, even at the risk of his own life. As a man with considerable power, Mustang considers himself a protector to those without and acts accordingly, earning the staunch loyalty of his most trusted compatriots. However, this position as protector displays a penchant toward stubbornness in regards to his pride on the field and a fiery temper, both of which have been shown to cloud his judgment in certain situations. His weapon of choice are the Ignition Cloth Gloves; custom made gloves made of "pyrotex/ignition cloth". These gloves create a spark when Roy rubs his fingers together, and embroidered with unique flame alchemy Transmutation Circle that allows him to manipulate the concentration of oxygen in the air. When attacking, Mustang increase's the density of the oxygen surrounding his target to a level at which it becomes volatile and creates narrow pathways of oxygen between himself and his target through which he can direct the ensuing flash fire that blossoms from the spark of his gloves. As a result, he can incinerate any number of enemies in the field while deftly avoiding any important allies. The 'snap' sound heard at the start of these transmutations is caused by the instantaneous speed at which the highly concentrated gases and sparks react together and pop (and not Mustang's fingers actually 'snapping', common belief). Roy is able to delegate each hand to a different flame effect, possibly due to a difference in hand dexterity. The right hand appears to allow for large explosive attacks, while the left allows for smaller, but strong and very accurate pinpoint flame attacks. Roy's Flame Alchemy can't be used on rainy days because the humidity makes it impossible for his gloves to produce sparks, however water itself does not make the Colonel entirely as "useless". Using the transmutation circles on his gloves, Roy is able to separate hydrogen atoms from the oxygen atoms in water molecules, isolating them into a highly combustible fuel and powerfully volatile oxidizer, respectively. Though this method can only be used when a large quantity of water is present in a relatively closed-off space (and not in the rain where the air is open and separating hydrogen and oxygen for the purpose of combustion would pose far too much danger to anyone in the vicinity), with an outside source of ignition such as a cigarette lighter or a match, Roy can produce extremely powerful localized explosions. When Roy was forced to perform human transmutation and see the Truth (God in the FMA series), Roy gains the ability to transmute without a circle, clapping his hands to compensate for the sigils on his gloves being shredded. While at first he is apprehensive of this mode of alchemy, he quickly realizes that because of the absence of the need for transmutation circles he is no longer limited to flame-based alchemy on the battlefield, as he transmutes a stone wall to protect himself, Riza, and Major Alex Louis Armstrong from Father's attacks. Roy can also use his gloves to raise the oxygen density to make anyone dizzy around anyone he wishes, usually around a specific woman to score a date with then rushes to her side to prevent her from falling, then asks her if she is all right and follows up with other sweet words and an invitation for tea. Deidara- An S-Rank missing-nin from the village hidden the stones and member of the Akatsuki. During his time at the hidden stone village, he was the pupil of Onoki, the Third Tsuchikage of the hidden stone, where he possessed an unusual explosive kekkei genkai. This put him as part of the explosion corps organisation. Though he was praised highly for his clay sculptures, Deidara's desire to reach even greater heights in his art resulted with him stealing one of his villages kinjutsu that allows one to knead their chakra into substances. Using the explosive clay to take out his pursuers, Deidara found the art he had desired and became a missing-nin and offered his services as a bomber to insurgents in various countries. Deidara's talents and actions eventually caught the attention of the Akatsuki, and members Itachi Uchiha, Kisame Hoshigaki, and Sasori as his puppet Hiruko were sent to recruit him. Deidara refused at first until he accepts a challenge from Itachi; If Deidara wins the Akatsuki would leave him alone, if Deidara lost he'd have to join the Akatsuki. Deidara was easily defeated by Itachi's Sharingan and begrudgingly joined the organisation. He was then partnered with Sasori who too was a fellow artist. His ego crushed since then because he admitted to himself that the Sharingan was a work of art, Deidara carried a murderous loathing for Itachi and the Sharingan for the rest of his life. During his partnership with Sasori, Deidara was showed as a cool having a and relaxed attitude, never losing his smirk even while fighting an intense battle or when being blamed by his partner. However, his personality seemed to change to some extent after being partnered with Tobi, as he would easily get mad at his partner’s childish and sometimes disrespectful behavior. He also had something of a sadistic arsonist nature, rather he was not above enjoying a good fight, and he often blew up his opponents in a very brutal fashion. Deidara's most distinctive trait was his love of art. He would respect any form of it, even if it disagreed with his own. He even refers his explosive ninjutsu as art, usually quoting "Art is an Explosion!". He would often boast about his works of art, even towards his opponents in battle. Deidara's pride as an artist makes him simply unwilling to accept that anything could defeat it, leading to his abandonment of strategy during his battle with Sasuke Uchiha, in favour of tactics that let him show off his art. He was able to recognize stronger opponents like Itachi, although he felt that the Sharingan was inartistic, and despised the fact that he had been enthralled by its genjutsu. Deidara was a very powerful S-rank missing-nin whose abilities earned him recognition within the Akatsuki. Even the organisation's leader, Pain, praised Deidara's abilities, openly admitting that he was something unique, and that his loss was a major blow to the group. Deidara's skill's allow him to fight and single-handedly defeat Gaara who was the host of the Shukaku at the time and with the title as 5th Kazekage, defeat the 3 tails despite fighting in its home territory, fight on equal grounds against Saske Uchiha despite his techniques being at a elemental disadvantage against Sasuke's Lighting based techniques, and was able to evade and fend off attacks against Might Guy, Neji Hyuuga, Rock Lee, and TenTen at once while missing both of his arms and only a knife in his mouth to protect himself. One of Deidara's strong points was his intelligence, often using tricks, misdirection, and calculated gambles to get his explosives in range of an opponent. He is also great at deducing his opponents actions. By simultaneously using earth and lightning style chakra natures, this allows him to give his chakra explosive qualities. Deidara also possesses special mouths in the palms of his hands and on the left side of his chest as a result of stealing and using the powerful kinjutsu from his village on himself. By commonly using these two special abilities in unison, he could create explosive clay: clay infused with his explosive chakra. This clay can be molded into a wide variety of shapes and forms, growing to large sizes when infused with chakra while performing the necessary hand seals, and could be controlled at will. This allowed him to create living explosives to attack opponents from a distance. Deidara could even create clones from clay which he call's "Suicide Bombing Clones" which could be a deadly surprise for opponents and if needed create clay minions to control with a clay cord from a distance. Deidara's clay creations ranged from microscopic to gigantic in size, allowing him to adapt to any situation from creating dragons (C2 Dragon) to shoot smaller clay bombs (C1 level). Deidara could turn himself into a bomb by devouring explosive clay that has a large blast radius in which he calls his "Ultimate Art" or "C0", but using C0 will result to his death. Deidara could also use the clay for other purposes, as he frequently creates clay birds for transportation which he also use's as a way to easily infiltrate villages on missions. He also knows standard earth style based ninjutsu as to avoid being caught in his own explosives. Deidara only has a certain amount of clay, and when he's run out he's vulnerable. His clay bombs can also be defused by lightning style based attacks. Deidara wears a scope on his left eye for long-range observation, and he also trained that eye itself to counter genjutsu, allowing him to see through and negate them for when plans on fighting Itachi. Even without the scope Deidara's left eye can see great distance's but has to cover the right eye. His stealth skills are rather proficient as he was able to sneak up on a few leaf ninja Anbu Black Ops and plant clay bombs on them unnoticed. He could also avoid a blitz by Sasuke, though he noted Sasuke's speed was too fast. Deidara also has great endurance to pain, being able to keep focused after having both his arms torn off, able to pull himself free from Gaara's chakra-infused sand and sever what was left of his arm at the same time, and also dislodge two giant shurikens from his arms using his feet. Other then his C0, he has other levels of explosive clay; C3 is a powerful large scale bomb that once activated becomes an enormous statue that Deidara drops on his target from above. Its explosive power was great enough to potentially destroy a large portion of the Hidden Sand Village. Then there's his trump card; C4 Karura, this jutsu he created to counter the Sharingan and the genjustu it creates. Deidara uses his own mouth instead of the ones on his hands to create a giant doll in his image. When the doll ruptures, it releases a cloud of microscopic bombs that enter the bloodstream of anyone who inhales them. Then on Deidara's command, the micro-bombs' detonation causes the victims' bodies to disintegrate at the cellular level; literally turning them into dust.
